STAYING LEAN DURING VACATION !
Sharing story of my sweet friend Mr.X with you guys. Mr.X Lost 10kgs of fat for a holiday, Gained it all Back. Been Mr.X Before ?
I will tell you, how Not to be Mr.X while enjoying your Holidays.
1. Taking out an hour to Workout is not a big deal plus you can easily have access to a gym(Hotel) or just go for a jog and enjoy that LIT Scenic beauty. Try to workout in the morning,preferably fasted.
2. Skip Breakfast : If you skip your breakfast. * You can Eat More Later in the Day because you gotta party at night right ? Or atleast Eat a Healthy Breakfast.
3. You will be walking a lot (Sight Seeing, Shopping etc). So, a lot of calories will be burnt. Walk as Much as Possible.
4. Enjoy Your Lunch and Dinner.
5. Have Salads/Meats for Snacks.
6. Avoid Buffets ! Free Food = More Food it's Human Nature, we tend to eat a hell lot of extra food (Which we don't have/Like on a Normal Coarse) when having buffet.
7. Avoid Drinking your Calories:
Shakes Have a LOT Of Calories.
Calories in an American Icecream Shake = Calories in 4 Slices of Double Cheese Pizza. So, Choose Wisely. And Stick with DIET SODA !
I used these Techniques and Actually Lost a Kg during my 4 Day Vacation, Last Week !
