Smith machine deficit sissy squats- Elevated on a box for deficit sissy sissies 🙌 Full stretch down past what the floor would allow. Pauses on the stretch to activate as many muscle fibers as possible!
ALWAYS slow and controlled.. Momentum will get you injured!! But done correctly with proper form you will have better quads than most bodybuilders.
Disclaimer 👉 This is a more advanced exercise. If you have knee problems, limited mobility, or any pre-existing injuries, I would advise skipping this one or using an alternative exercise. There are plenty of ways to work these muscles!! Find one that works for you. If I asked you to do the splits right now, without training for it, it would hurt you. But you don't tell a gymnast it's bad for em! 👌
