Found a pic when I knew my life was gonna change and I knew I had to take a pic because a big transformation was coming.
From 40% body fat and like 0 muscle mass to 8% body fat and a decent amount of muscle. 220 pounds to 170. I'm 6'3".

Lying Ham Curl- Explosive positives with both legs and putting focus on single legs with the negatives!
These are an excellent shock to the muscle! Pick a weight heavy enough that the positive is still tough but easy enough to get a 3-4 second negative on one leg!
