Comparison edition! Swipe👉🏼
7 weeks ago vs. Today *check out my previous updates to gain more insight into what I'm doing.
Starting weight: 132.6
Last week weight: 127.9
This week weight: 126.2
1742 kcals 60F 140C 150P(loving the fats this prep!)
My maintenance intake is around 2250kcals. I'm very active in and out of the gym.
Drinking 1 gallon of water per day.
Every 5 days or so(if needed) I will have a high carb day, but my calories will stay roughly the same because I will lower my fats and protein and give to my carbs.
These macros are meant for me. They are based on my body and my output. PLEASE do not follow them.😊👋🏼 I worked my rear off this week!!! I gave my workouts more than I thought I could. I nearly puked in the pool...and I grunted like an animal durning my shoulder workouts(you gotta do what you gotta do!). 😂😂 I am sure I look like a circus act in the gym. My body is responding and my hard work is starting to come through. My spirits have been very high this week. I've realized that I am more up-beat because I am pushing myself and breaking barriers that I didn't think I could break. It's not the smaller size make me happier(it's cool to see), it is setting goals and attempting to crush them. That's why I like this sport! Keep in mind....A physique that is nearing the stage is not a realistic every goal. I've learned this the hard way… and you guys witnessed it all of last year. We are constantly learning and growing... I just choose to share most of mine publicly, despite the ridicule that it brings.
Even though my spirits are up and I'mhappy, I'm starting to feel the effects of a caloric deficit. Towards the afternoon my energy levels are going way down, but it's expected. This is where Prep becomes extremely mental. I am going to be competing with the best in world in 3.5 weeks. There is no time to mess around! Let's do this! Thank you guys for motivating me and making this prep my best ever!❤️
