First full workout over the weekend with the new ring set up. This is a well rounded total body routine hitting push, pull, squat, hinge and abs.
1) Eccentric focus muscle up (eccentric pull up modification) x 5
2) 2KB front squat x 10
3) Dips x 10
4) 2KB clean x 10
5) Tuck hold x 30s
Perform each round with minimal rest.
Rest 90 sec between rounds.
Do 5 rounds
