Up at 5am to swim. Can only do this when I'm home alone so that I don't "disturb" anyone else...
So much better for me to go with this stupid o'clock swim group as it makes me
1. GSD early and not put it off until later in the day. Which then turns into it not getting done.
2. It makes me swim faster!
No brainer really?...
Good BIKE|RUN brick. How quickly does an hour go now??
Dream big, work hard, stay focused & surround yourself with good people.
Último estímulo dos 16x 1.000m, encaixando o final pra 3'30"...
Treino punk, muito equilibrado e, por incrível que pareça, terminei inteiro! A corridinha tá ficando boa...🏃🏼🏃🏼🏃🏼
Filmagem e apoio moral do brother @ianturturro , que deu um up na motivação! Valeu, brother!

Came home, spent some time with boys, put them to sleep, packed for tomorrow then hoped on treadmill. It's not ideal but it's always a success when I can make it work ✌🏼

Follow @RunningTerritory for more. Today was a truly hot day, heat alarm in Hungary...many runners run in the morning or in the evening, or in the gym. It is indeed a hard work for the heart, but I always think: I am healthy, I know my body, I feel where are my limits, I should stand it...first of all, because you never know what conditions you will face in a summer race. You have to be prepared for extremities. It is a bigger shock for the body to race under unexpected extreme conditions, than to prepare gradually for that. It is a challenge, it is stepping out the comfort zone, it improves. You just have to do it smart. Being overcautious is contraproductive sometimes. 🏃🏻♀️☀️🚨(📷: @irunmom)

The beauty of being an athlete is total acceptance of who you are. I'm a competitor on course, and a girly-girl off course. Strengths, areas of improvement, power, and sensitivities; all of these are me. I'm not perfect, but I embrace it; and in doing so, i hope I'm giving people permission to do the same❤️
