It takes time to achieve the look you want. All of you are always rushing to lose weight and when you don't see results you flip out and blame the trainer or diet. NO ITS YOU!! You just want to blame and come up with excuses just like you did before you started working with a trainer or dieting. You been eating like shit your whole life and expect results in 2 weeks.
