I just talked with the korean service team. They told me even if all the Montblanc products are made in Germany, the follow-up for all product defects should follow the guidelines of each country(in my case Korea). Does this mean YOU will only produce and take NO responsibilities for malfunctioning products?? Do you correctly know about the distribution process of Montblanc products in Korea?
