Stepped out of my comfort zone yesterday and had my first ever crossfit class and
oh my did I get my ass kicked 😭
It was quite hard but also super fun!
I think I’m going to incorporate two classes a week just to supplement my regular workouts that have become kind of a snooze tbh haha
I know it’s easy to get stuck in a rut but don’t be scared of trying out new things! 🙅🏼
