YES - I am still have a big belly
YES - Some people would say that i am “fat”. I think it sometimes
YES - I don’t fit into the type mould of a fitness person

When I starts my second round of 60day challenge I did not expect to still be going on 150 days later. It kind of all just happened, there was no real plan in place was just picking random workouts each morning and still eating crap or should I say not the healthiest of diets.
I could say if i had taken it seriously from the beginning iI would be seeing better results, but i would probably not made it this far if I had. Wont lie i have been eating better recently and have currently gone 27 days with out eating any meat products so getting there slowly.
One of the things that has kept me motivate is the impending fatherhood and wanting to be as fit as possible as i can be for when the little one arrives. Don’t won’t to be one of those dads that is to unfit to play with their child and constantly out of breath after a little playtime. #FatDadsAintWorthShit@tippaonline had to steal this one #sorrynotsorry loooool
No longer going to be setting date ranges just going to carry on working out and see where it takes me.
