UPDATE! So here I am over a month post show and finally getting back into my groove. Between being completely hard on myself over dietary indiscretions, struggling with body dysmorphia, having some familial issues, and plain old being exhausted from a six month prep; I fell into a rut. One that I was too proud or willing to admit to. I struggled to post this because I am finding myself not loving the body I’m in and fighting to stay positive every day. With that being said, I so desperately needed a hiatus from social medias and was happy that I took one, but I truly did miss the love and support I have on here. And to everyone who reached out to me seeing if I was okay, I have beyond love and respect for you!
So now that I’ve had that mental recoup, it’s time to get my shit together and level up! Allowing yourself to feel what you need to feel is beyond okay! It helps give perspective and can give you the motivation to come back stronger than you ever thought you could be.
If you want your arms to grow, preacher curls are an absolute must! I definitely recommend incorporating this exercise into your arm day💪🏼
