TIPS on how to get a Bigger Booty🍑💯-
🔹Don’t overdo cardio 🔅 (this is great for weight loss but it will not help you grow a butt)
🔹Eat enough Protein 🔅(Protein is essential for muscle growth/recovery, this also applies to your butt! I recommend 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of your body weight each day.)
🔹Healthy carbs!! 🔅 (There are good carbs and bad carbs also known as complex and simple carbs. The good ones will help you grow lean muscle mass and a bigger booty. The bad ones will eventually make you fat.)
🔹Fat won’t make you FAT 🔅 (The right kinds of fat can be good for you and your curves.
🔹CHALLENGE YOURSELF 🔅 (If your workouts aren’t challenging, you won’t see results. Training with the same weight/reps will not lead to significant muscle growth. If it BURNS and you are sore.. you are doing it right 😉)
Since it’s #humpday and all...I typically get recognized for my glutes, not a bad thing BUTT I have been through all shapes and sizes of those cheeks 🍑 Left is after winning my Pro Card and I began to reverse diet after being very restricted for a few years. I got my calories pretty high (for me, 300 grams of carbs) and I was impatient so I started another prep not even a year into reverse dieting. I dieted for my Pro show and the first 2 months of prep were good but then I started to not respond to anything. So calories got lower, workout output got higher....still nothing. I still ended up on stage and after is when my body said 🙅🏼♀️✌🏻 See ya b*tch, I’m out! My lab work was a MESS for years. First I didn’t have any testosterone/normal estrogen, then high estrogen/normal testosterone, then no estrogen/little testosterone. My SBGH was triple what it should be, LH was low, thyroid hormones were low, glucose levels were high. I was trying multiple hormone therapy treatments and taking thyroid medication. The middle picture actually isn’t me at my worst though. I was too ashamed to take pictures of myself when I was at my worst. Mentally I couldn’t handle it. But as you can see, I had cellulite and carried a lot of my body fat in my lower half. Which a majority of women do. Although I was ashamed of my body at its worst, it made me mentally stronger and taught me to self love. The now; I appreciate my struggles. I used to think, ‘Why me, God’. But now I say, ‘Thank you, God’. Going from being below 8% body fat, to 36% body fat, to whatever I’m at now (don’t know, don’t care)...I’m grateful for the path I was given even with the hardships. Now my thyroid and sex hormones are balanced, energy is good, strength is good, digestion is WAY better...I’m not on any medications any more and allowed my body to regulate itself on its own. I still lifted heavy during this all but there were a lot of times my energy and strength were greatly effected by my hormones. I know there are TONS of people who have or currently gone through the same issues. It’s possible to reverse things, it just takes TIME and believing it will! ❤️
