🌈THANKSGIVING🌈 was going to post a montage of my family (9 of us now) to say thank you God, for them, for you, for all of us. But today a story has unfolded that I just have to express! As I was getting ready to take my wolves to our local park, Buddha asked me to “take a hand painted statue with you to the park, and hand it to the monk you’ll see there momentarily.” Nothing new for me, I picked out one of my best and headed east towards the sun. I get to the park and there he is, bald head and robes, one of my favorite combo meals. I walk up and say, “Buddha asked me to give this to you today.” He responds,”no thank you, I’ve got hundreds.” I said, “let me try this again, then repeated what I’d said the 1at Time. Again he refused the gift that Buddha painted through me, a very powerful instrument indeed. As I walked through the park I hear, “Be not angry at the world, for even the spiritual, dressed in robes, are deaf, dumb and blind, lost in the illusion. Give the statue to the park, it is far more receptive and deserving.”
Walking home I see a young Mexican man who’s a security guard. We exchange words as we always do, when I get hone spirit says, “wrap a painted cross and an angel, place it in a gift bag, and hand it to the young man.” As I turned the corner of the alley, the young man was already half way down heading right toward me. He’d gotten the memo. After a brief explanation the young man had tears in his eyes and with open hands, arms, received the gift from Crestor/spirit. I affirm that this event take wings, that we all open our hands, our arms, our legs (oh that sounded funny). May we all receive that which life/god/love has in store for us in this now, Amen it is done.
