We were practicing on the 5th chakra which is" throat chakra "and it's called "visuddha" in Sanskrit .
The throat chakra is the fifth chakra and it is the first of the higher or spiritual chakra on this chakra ladder . This chakra is located in the region of neck and shoulder. * posture to balance tgis chakra *
