I mentioned before I fell off the workout wagon over the holidays. It wasn’t just a Christmas thing but for 2 months I didn’t workout, walk, run or do yoga. I completely lost my motivation.
I started coming up with all these excuses why I couldn’t workout. The girls needed baths. I had a long day at work. I didn’t want to wake up early. I’d rather watch tv with my husband.
But you know what...those are lame excuses! Once I got back on track it felt great. I needed to push myself to realize the excuses aren’t worth holding me back from how great I feel mentally and physically after working out.
We all go through it. I’m here to tell all you ladies, I’ve had excuses too. It’s time to throw those excuses away and do what those excuses were holding you back from.
Plus that little photo bomber is 1/2 of the reason I push myself so hard each day!
