Early morning mommy got a nice arm and shoulder pump. I really enjoy a mix of #functionaltraining and #bodybuilding my diet is modified between the two as well. I love #cardio and #running outside so I eat some healthy carbs for energy. It’s always hard to fit in my workouts into my daily routine. I could workout for over 3 hrs if I had the time. I love #yoga and start my workouts with it. I wish I had the time to do an hr of yoga a day but I can only fit in 20 to 30 min. I do cardio and weights with yoga 5 days a week. When you are a #fitmom it’s always a struggle to get your mind in to it and ignore the little things to put your workouts first. But it all gets done doesn’t it #womenempowerment#womenwholift#selfcare

Fantastic work by FP Human Biomechanics Specialist and Physical Therapist, @functionalpatternslemgo@koerperbaulemgo. FP bridges the gaps in dysfunctions that has never existed in the field rehab. Many PTs are into fascia and joint manipulation nowadays. Wanna know the biggest problem they have? Whether or not that manipulatiin is held in place permanently. Here's an example of ehat happens when you mix the great stuff great physios when they mix their craft with FP. Amazing work fellas. Let the results we put forth at FP shutdown all naysayers in educational institutions who state they know what we know at FP already @functionalpatternslemgo
I know this before and after doesn’t look very impressive if you compare it with clubbell movements or gait cycles. But this picture shows the quality of life George has after the manual therapy and functional patterns. After years of having countless therapies by doctors, Osteos and Physios he stopped believing of being pain free again. Since four years he had the worst neck pain you could imagine and wasn’t able to move is neck at all. He took a lot of painkillers and couldn’t sleep a night. This is the result after two weeks. The devil is in the details.
This is an awesome press handstand drill that I think is really going to help me unlock the full press handstand from the floor. I definitely need to get my butt up a bit higher, compress harder and stack my back a bit more. I’ll certainly be incorporating this drill into my handstand training day.
When I first saw @sidpaulson1 do this drill I didn’t think it would be super hard. I was wrong. Thanks for the idea. 👍🏻
