TIME UNDER TENSION
⏰Slow down the rep to really engage the muscle 💪🏾
For muscle hypertrophy the optimal T.U.T is 45-60 seconds per set. You may need to use lighter weights because this will burn 🔥🔥🔥
Take 3-4 seconds on the eccentric (negative) part of the movement. 1 second midway. 1 second on the concentric (positive) and 1 second at the top/start point = 4:1:1:1. 10reps would take 50seconds ⏱
