Doing a Clean Week Challenge group to introduce a few people to the program and today was a favorite so far. I love weights and I love strength day.:). Done nice and early before working a 12 hour shift so that I was able to watch the Yankees win when I got home😁.
I did it!!!!! I made it to the gym today!!!!! Did a bunch of random things but hey it's better than nothing!! Last night I forced myself to go to Starbucks just to get OUT of my house. Crazy that little things like that can be SO hard but make such a difference. I've been reading your comments on YouTube and it's so comforting knowing that other people can relate !!!! I really think speaking out about mental illness is the first step towards ending the stigma because it creates conversation and dialogue. I'm so thankful for all you little pop tarts.
