Ate what i wanted, and basically lived off a diet of pasta and chips. Very buttery bagel for brek from the work canteen, soup and loads of bread for lunch or chips, crisps and chocolate from the vendy in the afternoon, a family sized portion of pasta for tea and then more chips late at night when one of my flatmates came home🐷. Do not know how i sustained that tbh.. not to mention out bevying up to five nights a week drinking absolute shite like WKDs and bottles of strong cider 😂.
Theres not many full length pics of me from this time cuz i was a pure mess😂 in terms of clothes i was squeezing myself into size fourteen jeans because i decided i didnt want to get any bigger but carried on eating like above 🤪😳🙄
Joined WeightWatchers which was fine at the time but looking back, again i dont know how i did it🤷🏼♀️
Changed my eating habits to accommodate 26points or about 1000 cals then had weekly points as well to use, so all in all about 1200 a day. I ate a lot of homemade ‘zero point’ veg soup, avoided chips on the way home from being out😂, walked more. Lunch was boring salads and im sure brek was a yoghurt??? Tbh prob the only good thing that came out of it is meal planning and upping my veg intake😊
Clothes hahaha i got down to a ‘size ten’ - i.e i decided i wanted to be a size ten so i squeezed myself into it🤨 not a good look sometimes. And i had no ass... like nothing.. My lowest WW weight was 10,5 and my goal was 10st. Never did make it - snapped and ballooned massively 😖
Me now happy and healthy 😊 eating balanced meals, lots of fresh food and training six days a week cuz it makes me feel fab. Of course im still ‘overweight’ now but im working on it and making slow sustainable progress. Eating a good amount of calories too 😁
Currently wearing a size 14 in jeans however they are loose as shit but im at that stage with the 12s where they are fine standing up but cut me in half sitting down 😂🤓
Im two stone heavier in the right pic than the middle pic and genuinely think i look the same size in both 😂💪🏽

Made with 2 slices of bread, mashed banana 🍌, @myproteinse vanilla protein powder, milk 🥛, peanut butter 🥜, stacked with raspberry jam (I have a low calorie one, you can mash some raspberries to save calories), powdered peanut butter, one crushed gingerbread cookie 🍪 and a few chopped hazelnuts 😍😍 you’ll find the full detailed recipe + method a few posts back (I’ll show which post you need to look at in my story😉)!!
