Im a gym planner! I love mind mapping out how I will work my body! (this isn’t forever although it could be ha) but when I am busy at work/life Im happy to admit that even this aspect of life needs planning so that I remain in amazing spirits and have a hold on my health 💪🏼

When I first started my fitness journey, I really only stuck to cardio and circuit training. During my formal CPT studies I began deliberately incorporating many different styles of resistance training, as I loved to experiment with all the things I was learning about and figure out what I enjoyed. After completing my certification I continued writing all my own workouts through a blend of my favorite training styles to achieve my unique goals and really push myself!
