November 22nd Oracle message guidance. It's time to clear up some space to make space for the new. You are stuck and bored because of all the clutter in your life. There's so much around you in a physical sense and maybe even non-physical that is cluttering your mind and your flow. Your flow is what you want. What you want is what will make you happy. What will make you happy is growth. Clean up the Clutter, donate, throw away sheets, wash cleanse and appreciate what you have. If you don't appreciate it, give it to someone who will. It's Thanksgiving, give. Also they could be small changes in your house that can be rearranged to make everything around you move more easy. Every time you make a change, you will ReDiscover stuff you've been hanging onto and perhaps stuff that has been weighing you down but you didn't even realize it. Try it. You desire to be like them to please others or to be seen as a lady or a gentleman is cheating you out of something wonderful that you deserve to experience. You could be holding onto material things to impress others. Don't do that, it never works.
Every time you allow yourself to be affected by other people say, you cheat yourself out of your own life.
LOVING YOURSELF IS A DAILY PROCESS.
SLOW DOWN AND DO WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD.

To try a #high-intensity interval training workout yourself, spend 20 to 30 minutes total combining repeated shorts bursts of work with short break periods, like 45 seconds of #burpees with 15 seconds of rest followed by 45 seconds of #squats.
