The toughest workouts for me are hill repeats. They have me questioning why I do this to myself. But I always find myself eager to get back to the start of the hill just to turn back around and attack it again. (Farren Road, 10.8% avg grade over .3 mi)

...I need help on that topic. BUT, even though I missed the track this morning, I took my workout to the gym and it beat me up.

Finished with planks and sit ups...
