Last time I saw this guy, we were @$$hole to elbow deep in mud at the Spartan Beast. Today, I ventured to Wilmington, NC to check out his gym and take on the "Black Friday Beat Down". It was tough, but we pushed each other and made it through.

Saturday morning workout!
Kettlebells add variety to your training,compared to the traditional dumbbell work. With the handles, it gives you greater flexibility through your workout. Also a great way to challenge the stability muscles. So using the Kettlebells gives you a greater all round workout.

I am so thankful for so many amazing people in my life. This year has been amazing. Filled with so much growth, lots of love, new friendships, opportunities... Crush curls with kettlebells and dumbbells. Pretty decent reps with 53, 70 and 88lb kbs and 50, 75, 100, 120lb dbs. An ok rep with 150lb db. And an ugly try with 150lb kb. It's very hard to grip that way. Massive arm and even chest pump. Simple but very challenging. So is most of life. Do it because its very challenging. So are the hardest moments. The ones you have no choice in. Make the choice to keep going anyway. To be positive no matter what and stop wasting life worrying about things that amount to nothing.
