‘Health’ is a word that is thrown around a lottttt (particularly this time of year)
I think it’s important to remember than when it comes to health, there’s absolutely no one size fits all approach 🙅🏻♀️
What works for one person will not necessarily work for another.
The make up of your diet (for example you might be vegan, pescatarian or a meat eater)...
How often you eat your meals..
The frequency + way you prefer to train..
You might not ever drink alcohol or you might enjoy drinking alcohol..
+ the list goes on & on.
For me, health is simply finding a way to improve my over all wellbeing in a way that I enjoy and works for me - which results in consistency 🔑
Rather than jumping on the next health trend that pops up on instagram think about what you enjoy & and find lifestyle that makes you feel goood.

Another weekend complete and only a short working week ahead. But a jam packed one at that! If you aren’t aware, I have a “9 -5” job and I am also a Personal Trainer at @studio before and after work. I have loooonnng days, but in essence, they have been the most valuable days! I get to aid and educate people on how to train their body and minds into something that they desire. This for me isn’t what people may think as ‘work’. This shit is incredible and I am so grateful tot be able to do both. I spend my spare time educating myself on everything I can as I refuse to be ‘another PT’ in the industry who is after the extra dough. I do enjoy both my jobs and I don’t plan on changing my situation anytime soon. I spend my spare time training my body and my mind, continuously researching new movements, following other educated industry professionals and also pend hours reading new study review and listening to podcasts when I can. I am 100% here to change more lives and I will change as many as I can, in the most positive way that I can.

Sundays should come with a pause button, don't you think? How did you spend your Sunday? I spent my day catching up on some more study, lunch with friends, Netflix, a little grocery shopping and meal prep for the week ahead, and phoning my dad and my sister in law. Blessed 🙏🏻

Der Anfang ist gemacht und morgen beginnt eine neue Herausforderung für mich und für viele anderen Miezen😼🙌🏼 Denn morgen gibt’s neue Pläne von #szgym und ich bin gespannt, wie beim 1. Durchgang, denn ich kann mich überhaupt nicht mehr an die Trainingspläne erinnern😄
Auf jeden Fall mache ich fleißig Transformationsfotos von mir, denn manchmal nimmt man selbst gar nicht die Fortschritte, die man macht war! Auch über kleine Veränderungen sollte man stolz sein und Fotos oder auch Maße lügen nicht 😌 Ich kann aus Erfahrung sagen, dass sich bei mir erst ab Woche 5/6 die großen Veränderungen, besonders am Bauch gezeigt haben😊 Macht euch nicht all zu sehr verrückt und verliert nicht den Spaß an der ganzen Sache 😘
