**CUSTOMIZABLE 21DFX OATMEAL MUFFINS!** Action video from our Family food prep 🙂 21 Day Fix muffins for the win!! Ingredients:
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large bananas, mashed OR 2 cups unsweetened applesauce. (I used 1 of each)
1 T raw honey
2 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 T ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
toppings of your choice: berries, fruit, nuts, pure maple syrup, chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat muffin tin with coconut oil.
Combine eggs, vanilla, bananas and honey in a large bowl. Mash bananas and mix well. Set aside.
Add oats, cinnamon and baking powder in a small bowl, then stir well and combine with banana mixture
Stir in almond milk and mix well.
Divide oatmeal evenly between prepared muffin cups and add toppings of your choice!
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
Cool slightly and serve immediately, or save for the week ahead!
Makes 12 muffins

.For my post work out smoothie this morning I made it a cacao one as I just can’t get enough of that delicious chocolaty (is that even a word) cacao flavour 🤤 #drool .
. 🍌1 Frozen Banana.
. 🥛Organic Almond Milk.
. 🥄Cacao Nibs.
. 🐦Chia Seeds.
.I also add ice so it’s nice and cold and thick (as that’s the texture I prefer for my smoothies). I had run out of chia seeds sadly so I couldn’t put them in but usually I’ll always add a couple of t spoons of those powerful little super seeds too 😊

went for a big breakfast since I literally woke up @ 2pm. 4 vegetarian sausages (160), Quaker oatmeal (160) & multigrain Cheerios w unsweetened vanilla almond milk (280) then home girl has to be in the gym by 6pm since they love closing early on weekends 🙃
I love to buy chicken breasts from The Fresh Market when they have their sales and then freeze it in different marinades to grab for a quick dinner.
Two of my favorite recipes to freeze chicken breast in are:
Ginger chicken marinade:
-1 Tbsp Honey
-2 TBSP liquid aminos
-1/4 tsp dried ginger
Dijon chicken marinade -1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
-1 TBSP olive or grape seed oil
-1 TBSP Dijon mustard
-1 tsp Thyme
But I have 5 more pounds of chicken to freeze, and I need one or two new recipes to try! What are your favorites?
my morning routine has been up on my blog for a while now; but many ask how i can tolerate coffee ☕️ truly i don’t know how i can tolerate life w/ out 🙃 what works for me
x never on empty stomach; even if smallest snack since i am not big on breakfast first thing 😬
x full glass of warm water, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 scoop @vitalproteins beauty water [keeps digestive system going, keeps my skin clear, works as a digestive enzyme for me at least, alkalizes the body - regulate PH level] [life changing 😭]
x take 2-4 capsules of spirulina [helps promote growth of healthy bacteria in intestines (leaky gut/candida!), skin health, way more on blog.
x then coffee; adding in @vitalproteins marine collagen [helps in healing my gut, restore gut lining that has been damaged from past] into coffee + turmeric & cinnamon. also drink low acidic coffee & know where the beans are from 😬
x super simple; but I’ve gone from it all making me super anxious, messing w/ sleep, to terrible side affects to fixing a few things before & now it doesn’t affect my skin, sleep, anxiety, or gut health 💯☕️ side note, coffee was out when healing my stomach & it was all turmeric + collagen & i switch back & forth a lot!
