👉No, drinking won’t help you get jacked or look good naked, but damn it’s fun.If you’re going to let your hair down a little and kick-back a few cocktails both a NorCal margarita and vodka soda w/lime are good options.
- As a general rule, avoid massive overconsumption of alcohol🍹 (but hey, I know it happens), mixing with sugary, calorie bombed mixers, and avoid winding up face down in a mac and cheese 🍕 and you can still drink without it destroying your gains.💪🏼
And when it comes to a Faceoff between these two drinks?.
👉I’m giving the NorCal margarita by @dasrobbwolf the nod. Tequila has a more diverse flavor profile compared to vodka and frankly, this drink is just better.
😏If you’re feeling frisky, switch out your tequila for Mezcal, which adds a hint of smoke to your drink.

Glutes, hams @southcoastgym ✅ I haven’t done hip thrusts for a while now, started with 120kg for 16, went straight up to 160kg for 5, backed off to 140kg for 12.. I will start hitting these more frequently again to aim for better reps at 160kg by working with 140/150kg for more reps where my strength should increase enabling me to hit that 160kg for better/more reps.. however sometimes I feel you just have to throw the weight on the bar & go for It to test your strength & to grow your confidence! 👌🏻
