One of my favsssss on the Bosu... I have combined a stretch/ yoga positioning/ stability/strength... Who am I kidding.... This movement is EVERYTHING. Wait till you feel itttt😍

4.)This video is also a prime example of the fact that everyone, has a perspective about any and everything. We must not forget we shouldn't allow ourselves to react to someone having a different perspective. Right? If we are happy with ours, when we BELIEVE in ours, no one elses should matter. CHOOSING to have a negative perspective will in the long run... Only hender our own self worth, growth and love. If we love yourselves, If we are happy where we are,.... We then will see the GOOD in everything.... Even the "bad" Because thats what we see in others is actually a direct reflection of what we see in ourselves. It's a direct reflection. Always CHOOSE to see the good and or LEARN from it.😝...Now thats how you get ahead my friends!💯
Okay so, let me start off by saying the color schem, the talk I fell asleep listening to last night(about loving yourself), the sweater that I haven't worn in probably 6 or more months, & the song where not intentionally choosen. I put the sweater on this morning. After falling asleep to the talk, then I make this video...😎I didnt notice until after applying the song..,but Red is defintely loveeee....& my sweater SAYS love. Look it sounds crazy yes. Facts are facts. I was primmed.😝

1 Chicken Breast
2 Handfuls Baby Leaf Spinach
1 Medium Baking Potato
1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
1/2 Red Onion Chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
Peri Peri Salt
For the marinade:
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Whisk together the Olive Oil, Vinegar, Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion powder, Salt, Pepper, and Lime Juice. Combine with chicken in a zip lock bag or small mixing bowl. Cover and chill for a minimum of 30 minutes.
After marinading your Chicken. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, line a baking tray with tin foil and drizzle with olive oil. Thinly slice the white potato, and spread it over the baking tray. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes for 30-40 mins. When the potatoes are beginning to crisp up, heat a large pan with olive oil.
Add the marinaded Chicken to your pan and fry until golden on both sides, then add the chopped mushrooms, red bell pepper and red onion. Stir until fully cooked. Serve in a bowl packed with baby leaf spinach and add your crispy potato chips, chicken and vegetables.
