Love the spade backs of these T H Brown set of 6 dining chairs made in South Australia . Great mid century design where the view from each angle has been considered.

YEP! WE’RE GOING THERE! 😃👍🏽
💃🏽Your body is magical - it’ll tell you when things are wrong and when things are right which is why my number one message always is: “Listen to your body” So What are your bowel movements telling you? 💩 .
😖 Hard poo, rabbit pellets or difficulty releasing anything? You’re constipated—but you probably already knew that. However, some people assume that if they go to the bathroom every day then they’re not constipated, but if your stool is consistently hard and comes out in pieces rather than a soft, single piece that passes without much effort, you may be constipated. The most common culprit is inadequate fiber intake. Women on average should consume 25g fibre a day and men 38g fibre per day. Most women don’t consume even 12g in the UK! Best fibre sources are nuts, legumes, lentils, fruit, vegetables and grains. If you’re a meat eater, ensure your fibre is in check. If you’re constipated also ensure your water intake is high. You can easily get this up with tracking your intake, taking bottles with you and having non-caffeine based teas such as green tea and peppermint tea. .
😷 Red or Black stoops - Something in your G.I. tract is bleeding. Most of the time blood in the stool ( red stools) can be down to something as simple as hemorrhoids. However, it could also be due to an ulcer in the stomach or colon cancer, it’s crucial to alert your doctor any time you notice blood in the toilet bowl. Certain over-the-counter medications, such as Pepto-Bismol, can turn your stool black. It occurs when sulfur in your digestive tract combines with bismuth, the drug’s active ingredient, and forms bismuth sulfide, a black-colored substance. The discoloration is temporary and harmless and may linger several days after you stop popping Pepto. Black stools can also mean that there is some bleeding higher up in your stomach so if you’re not taking any pepto, alert your doctor immediately. .
🤔If your poop floats and doesn’t sink - this could mean excess gas in your digestive tract (especially if you’ve had a lot of legumes or lentils) and it’s perfectly normal and healthy. However, (continued below 👇🏽)
