With Christmas around the corner that seems to have come a lot sooner than we had all realized, shopping for your loved ones and friends couldn't possibly get any more stressful. .
We get that, and we've made things a whole lot easier this season with our eGift Cards. .
Not only can you do this from the comfort of your smartphone or desktop, but it's completely customizable in what value you want to load up--but also, you don't need to wear pants! .
Sounds like a pretty sweet triple whammy to us!
If you know she loves and does her lashes already, this is seriously a no brainer.
Or maybe you just want to help contribute to whatever service she may want to pick and choose with us, apart from that?
The best part of that, is it truly doesn't even matter. Our eGift Cards can be purchased from anywhere in the world (with any major credit card), they also don't expire and they can be applied to any of our services (excluding cosmetic procedures). .
Use promo code HOLIDAY17 from now until 12/25/2017 11:59PM-EST.

To my Vaughan family. Thank you so much for everything. You’ve made me feel at home and made my transition easier from Winnipeg. I’m glad to have met some of the most charismatic, friendly people I know. I may have taught you kitchens, or beds, or living rooms or bathrooms, but you’ve taught me something much greater. You’ve taught me to become a better thinker, a better leader and most of all better person. Thanks for putting up with my dragging feet, laughing uncontrollably and eating your snacks. Thank you for letting me be me and allowing me to grow as an individual and a manager. The decision wasn’t an easy one to leave, but I promise my next step will be one that I will not take for granted. Thank you for helping me get there. I’ll keep in touch, I promise. I love each and every one of you. Here’s to a new chapter and the beginning of something new. Head office. Here I come! #picoftheday#instagood#instadaily#vaughan#burlington#toronto

Decided to do some wallpaper this weekend. If you are a perfectionist, do NOT get the brand York wall coverings I believe it's called. The print was horrible, some would be lined up and the others would be an eighth higher and then on the same seam an eighth lower. Ahhh whatever, it's my own bedroom so I hid what I could behind the headboard. In the end I'm the only one noticing. This would not fly at a clients house though. I was also excited to throw this up so I skipped the drop sheet and protection stage 🙄 who else loves hanging wallpaper ?? ⬇️⬇️😂
Here’s my personal back workout for you guys!💘 Due to the fact that I have had previous back complications, I prefer to keep my back workouts high rep, low intensity.
1. Dumbbell row: keep back at neutral and pull weight to chest while squeezing through your shoulder blades.. lower slowly to optimize performance.
2. Seated cable row: lean forward for full range of motion through your back then pull your hands to your chest while squeezing through your back... hold to activate muscles before releasing and repeating.
3. Lat pull in: sit on heels with the arm you are going to work parallel with the cable machine, holding the handle with a pronated grip. Pull down while squeezing through your lats before crunching to the side.
4. Lat pull down: hold the bar with a pronated grip wider than shoulder width apart. Pull down to chest level and repeat. I prefer a slight arch in my posture to better activate my back.
5: Close grip lat pull down: same as regular lat pull down. The close grip encourages the activation of the smaller muscles in your back.
6: assisted chin up: hold the bar with a pronated grip wider than shoulder width apart. Gear the assistance to personal strength.
7: rope series: stand with knees slightly bent at a comfortable athletic stance.
