Todays back workout fell into that magical Ten percentile margin of "Crushed" workouts. Strongest I have felt to date while maintaining good form and not frying my CNS. Today's highlight for me was being able to nail 3 working sets of trap bar deadlifts for 4 reps @200kg and feeling strong with my form throughout. Considering most of my training has been focused mainly on hypertrophy, volume and metabolic stress whilst still retaining a caloric deficit with my diet, I am really happy to have reached this point as it is where I was hoping to be at around this time last year.
