1. Telling someone who suffered of Anorexia 'right now you got fat' is hit into his/her state of mind.
2. Believing (and writing on a social) that a bare minimum healthy BMI looks 'fat' is DANGEROUS (and absurd; what the fuc* is the idea of HEALTH ?! 😳)
3. Anyway regardless all USING FAT AS 'WRONG' is nothing but BIG BULLSHIT.
And this culture's worst fault 💁🏼
- CHANGING doesn't mean 'getting fat.'
- Putting on weight doesn't mean 'becoming fat.'
- We HAVE fat we ARE NOT 'fat.'
And btw 'fat' is not the worst thing a woman can become (I'm way more scared of becoming that superficial and insensitive 😱🙄)
What to answer to someone who tells you that (?)🤔 stay united and keep spreading GOOD VIBES 👊🏻💌
▶️ EDIT: As regard yesterday, I already texted to most of you but I really don't know why ppl can be so mean 😓🔙 I was not worry for myself but it has been terrible to see girls around me ATTACKED by haters BECAUSE of me. I felt I a danger towards my followers and it has been even worse than being personally insulted. I don't know if it make sense but I hope I could explain myself 🙈 I'm beyond words thankful the #edsoldiers and couldn't stand that ❤️
Getting depressed because you don't see any change? Are you watching your diet and excercising but don't see any change? Wheiging in every day hopong to see 0,5lbs less on the scale?
Keep doing what you do and pick one day a week to wheigh in. The change will be larger and more noticeable and it will MOTIVATE you more.
My wheighing moment for example is saturday morning. Pick yours and see what it does for your moral!

Part 178 - Written at 5AM
Dear people of the world wide web, -
Learned something new this week, it’s the word “technocrat”.
A technocrat is a style of leadership that someone may have, and this concept of this leadership style came from a book called “Artists, craftsman’s, and technocrats”. Each of these is a different leadership style.
I’m going to dumb it down but basically the artist is the one who comes up with the ideas and has the vision. The craftsman’s turn those ideas into reality. The technocrats are the ones that manage the ideas once they are created.
I think I fall in the first two styles, I love to come up with ideas and also manifest them into reality. Although this week I got frustrated a lot because I felt I was being over managed by the third style, technocrats. Don’t get me wrong we do need technocrats in society, but once you over manage an artist or craftsman they become frustrated and will stop creating things for the technocrats to manage. All 3 styles need to work in unison and understand each other, or tensions may build and that will stifle growth.

Well anywho this a little throwback to my sonic days, a little background story: 📖(this may be a little long so bear with me lol) So coming out of high school I was a manager at sonic, and as you can in pic #2 I got kinda....really carried away with all the fried foods and double this and double that, thinking I would never gain a pound. 😏 And in all honesty it seemed like overnight all the weight was there. 😯Over the years I cannot tell you how much money 💰💰I’ve wasted on fit teas, diet pills, fat burners, etc. didn’t know or care anything about eating healthy or working out, just wanted a quick fix (there’s no such thing....well besides surgery..)🤔 So joined this gym, and of course I hated going there because I was insecure about what ppl might say, or how they’ll 👀 at me. But I still tried it out..fast forward to today. I’m still not all the way where I want to be nor will I ever be, (hit one goal, there’s another) I am completely confident when I walk into the gym, not because I’ve lost weight, but because I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter what anyone says or how they look at you. 🤷🏽♀️ You have to love and support yourself. 👏🏽😍 I thank God for where I am today, and the journey that I am still on. I’ve learned ALOT of things that I needed to change and about how to live a healthier and happier life. Now this #fitness journey is in no way shape or form easy, but it’s well worth it. So anyone just starting out or struggling to stay motivated please don’t give up! You got this! 💪🏽😎 I also want to thank all of the People that supported me and helped me along the way, it’s awesome when even ppl you don’t really know supports you and wants to see you win! Thank you all ❤️👏🏽

I'm feeling sooooo blessed and relaxed when having breaks from writing my book.
I so hope these photos can inspire people, who like me, had lost EVERYTHING including THEMSELVES and thought life could never be OKAY again!
So many of you beautiful people inspire me each and every day, and if I can help you know that there IS life after narcissistic abuse, when we release the trauma that is stopping us having our True Life ... Then I am going to shout it from the rooftops (or in this case the resort / beach!) You deserve to love what you and do what you love - and if it takes time releasing your trauma on your couch to make space for it to start flowing through you (as myself and so many of us Thrivers did / do) ... please KNOW on the other side - every single BIT of healing was worth it.

Can we say crazy?! So good to have done this 12 Minute Art BEFORE I discovered my instagram has been compromised. Seriously? Who and why? Thankfully insta knows how to fix this!! Big kudos to #Instagram for making it easy to recover. This is why we detox the brain! So we can think more clearly and handle the little annoyances that pop up in a day.
